Update Issue Topic is solved

I've two servers running VestaCP. Today i've updated both to latest version of Vesta. But one of them not updated correctly. How can i fix this?

After i took screenshot i recognize that vesta-php and vesta-nginx needs to be updated. So i run yum update also. But nothing changed...

Both runs on Centos 6.7 x86_64 and identical (latest softwares, amount of ram and disc space etc..)

I've copied source from github and it worked. But i wonder why update didn't work on only one server. Both are identical?
