Unable to login to SSH / SFTP with newly created account

Hello

I've been trying to access the newly created account through SFTP and SSH and it didn't work.
I've triedto set them to rssh / bash / rbash , nothing works .

The response is access denied !

I've tried to login from the ssh through my root account and this is the response .

Cannot execute /sbin/nologin: No such file or directory

I'm still unable to even connect through FTP , the response is time out for retrieving '/'

Timeout detected. (control connection)
Connection failed.
Error listing directory '/'.

I don't know what's wrong with this user !

I've figured out the problem .

After troubleshooting

I've hardened the server long time ago , I've forgot to modify /etc/sshd/config to add the user to the allowed users .


I would recommend if there's a wiki which I believe it's better for solving these kind of problems.
