Hi guys,
Please could you help me with MX records

My problem is that i can not receive any emails.

Let say i'm using domain name wl4pro.com

and in my dashboard for DNS preference i changed it to:

MX @ mail.wl4pro.com (Priority: 0) 1 Hour
MX @ mail.wl4pro.com (Priority: 10) 1 Hour
CNAME email mail.wl4pro.com 1 Hour

i can login and send the messages, but i cannot receive any messages back.
I verify opened ports: they are 25, 143 and 587

Thanks for any help!

When you are sending messages, do you have SMTP authentication enabled?

Your MX records (if you're using Google Mail as your email server) should point to Googl'es MX records - otherwise Google won't be able to accept e-mail for you.

Yes, at the moment you cannot receive any emails. This problem has nothing to do with Vesta as such.

You require to create an A resource record in the DNS entry of the domain wl4pro.com and enter the IP Address as 52.27.141.224. Then add this IP address in the exim.conf as well.

If you manage the DNS entries with the hosting provider or Registrar of this domain, then make this change in the account with them. If you manage the DNS records on your Vesta server, then add this in the DNS Zone file of this domain locally. The restart the Nameserver.

After changing it, you need to wait for a few minutes up to 48 hours until the changes are populated on the internet.

After making these changes, all the mail servers in the world, that wants to deliver an email to your Vesta server, will be able to resolve the MX domain mail.wl4pro.com to the IP address 52.27.141.224. This is currently missing.
Hi XoXiLhJ0mn,

Im sorry, i didnt understand very well.
Please could you let me know with the details

I did some change in /etc/exim/exim.cont
hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1 now its 52.27.141.224

also, please see the record from my Godaddy:
Type Name Value TTL
A @ 52.27.141.224 600 seconds
CNAME email @ 1 Hour
CNAME ftp @ 1 Hour
CNAME www @ 1 Hour
MX @ mail.wl4pro.com (Priority: 0) 1 Hour
MX @ mail.wl4pro.com (Priority: 10) 1 Hour

Hi XoXiLhJ0mn,
I'm sorry, my question was a different one.

We have a web site, and there I have an email web server (it was installed on vesta panel). I have created some email account there for the users. To get an access they need follow this link below:

www.wl4pro.com/webmail

By default vesta control panel is using Roundcube as the defaul client to get an access for this.

When Somebody logged into client panel , they can send any emails - anywhere but they can not receive an answer back.

I don't know where i mist configured the settings.

Thanks

mail.wl4pro.com.: dial tcp 52.27.141.224:25: getsockopt: connection refused
Is your email server running? This is why your VestaCP server is not receiving e-mails.
FAIL: We found blacklisted mail servers:
52.27.141.224
zen.spamhaus.org. → https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/52.27.141.224
Your server server is blacklisted. Other people may not receive your e-mails.
