banlist add ip bug?

my system is CentOS 7.2, VESTA version is 0.9.8-16

title : IP address (CIDR format is supported)
add ip value in "150.1.1.0/24" but Error: invalid ip format
I think 0.9.8-16 this CIDR format bug?

then, CentOS 6.7 and VESTA 0.9.8-15 ip add "150.1.1.0/24" is ok, no error.
