Please help. Database type is empty

Recently I had to disable MySQL from my vestaCP control panel for some reasons. So I stopped mysqld service and removed "mysql" from the file /usr/local/vesta/conf/vesta.conf, after a month, I decided to re-enable MySQL so I restarted MySQL and added "mysql" back to DB_SYSTEM=”" line.

I restarted vestaCP. Everything looks good, apart from the fact that when I try to create a database, the option database "Type" is empty, there is no value to select. vestaCP won't create any database without type. I am stuck!!!!!!!! Please help.
