Button "create backup" don't work

Button "create backup" don't work any more. But crone job for backup works fine.
I was experementing with v-backup-user. Could it affect?

In the control panel 15 there is no button to create the archive, or you do mean what I don't understand.

i waited for several hours. logs don't show anything

I think it is because backup is ftp. Also i can not download it. It shows me error "page do not exist"
Is it possible to configure resto throw ftp?

Backup is always created locally on disk and then pushed to FTP. So you should always have a backup set at /backup.
Better check logs to identify the problem.

Does the folder exist and has sufficient privileges ?
