BUYING Help with VestaCP

I have problems with Vesta which I just cannot solve by myself, so I am willing to pay someone who knows what to do to help me solve them.

Here is what bothers me:
-When a regular user adds a new site, Vesta throws "Error Code 1", which I have no idea what it means. The site is not added.
-Something is wrong with the mail system. Exim paniclog has errors in it.
-SFTP Chroot module broke and I don't know how to reinstall it.
-Vesta JAILKIT module is not working. I tried to do my best.

Please help.
