sa-update error

I got this error when updating the SpamAssassin.

channel: no 'mirrors.sought.rules.yerp.org' record found, channel failed
channel: no 'mirrors.updates.spamassassin.org' record found, channel failed
30-Sep-2017 04:32:47: SpamAssassin: Update available, but download or extract failed

is there any other way I can update manually?
