Default Ownership and permission to a vestacp on debian 7

I recently mistakenly give a universal root ownership and 0755 permission to the main folder of my VPS. Now some things are not working. Like am unable to login to vestacp control panel, emails are not sending nor receiving. Emails not logging in

Please, can you quickly give me a breakdown of what ownership and permission to set to some important folders to quickly resolve this?

I am running a debian 7 whizzy on the vps

Thanks
