I can't access Vestacp (Can't access https://x.x.x.x:8083 or https://www.xxx.com:8083)

Hallo,

I can't access Vestacp, pages are working but I can't access panel, I searched through this forum but nothing could solve the issue..

When In try to restart Vesta I am getting this
[root@blackknight ~]# service vesta restart
env: /etc/init.d/vesta: Permission denied

Hello!

Which OS are you running? I have the same problem @ Debian. I've reported the issue here https://github.com/serghey-rodin/vesta/issues/1625 but I have not figured it out yet.
