How to update to release 0.9.8-23 ?

Hi,

I can see in the header "Security fix release 0.9.8-23 available now" but on my installation, it says that my packages are up to date (0.9.8-22)...

Do you know how to update?

Login to the control panel as the admin, click updates, click toggle all, from the drop down select update, click the > Button

I thought it was already up to date because it was not highlighted. I was expecting some kind of "check update" button or the name of the update highlighted in red...)
