VestaCP Web Domain Number is Wrong

Hi, I have VPS which is installed Centos7. Also Nginx and VestaCP are installed, too. I added subdomain to my server. Then I got error about with letsrypte when I get SSL certificate. (error at well-known/acme-challenge/ ) And then I removed the subdomin on VestaCP but still the panel shows one more domain but it shows true number at the bottom of the page. I want to learn of the reason. Could you help me?
