Cron job not working

Hi, added my cron jon every minute and given path to file but i keep getting error.

/home/admin/web/domain_com/public_html/cron.php: line 1: ?php
: No such file or directory
/home/admin/web/domain_com/public_html/cron.php: line 2: $'\r': command not found
/home/admin/web/domain_com/public_html/cron.php: line 3: require: command not found
/home/admin/web/domain_com/public_html/cron.php: line 3: $'\r': command not found
/home/admin/web/domain_com/public_html/.php: line 4: require: command not found


What is wrong?
Why it says "no such file or directory?
I have file placed in right path?
