Can't see login page after Release 24 update

As the title says, all I get is

Unable to connect
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at mydomian.com:8083.

Same in any browser, running service vesta restart brings it back for a while then its gone again.

Can you login via server_ip:8083 ?

Yes, but only after running 'service vesta restart'

If you can access through IP, then check if named service is running (If you use local DNS service).

All 3 of my servers have been ok for the last week or so, not changed anything, but hey its working now ;)
