Fresh instalation and Phpmyadmin erro

After i install a fresh vestacp instalation

the phpmyadmin

give me this erro:

Update PhpMyAdmin to a newer version (https://devanswers.co/manually-upgrade-phpmyadmin/) or downgrade to an older PHP version (not recommended).
