Cannot download backups through web interface

When I click download on a backup, it loads a blank page and nothing happens.

I noticed the /home/backup folder was owned by root:root, so I ran chown -R backup:backup /home/backup

Problem still persists.

Have you tried using another browser, or you can probably try using incognito to see if it has to do with your browser's extension

If you have no other option, you can at least connect remotely, and use rsync to download it locally.

Vestacp: 0.9.8

Tried with IE Edge, Chrome and Firefox...

Permissions Tried:

chown -R backup:backup /home/backup - no
chown -R admin:admin /home/backup - no
chown -R root:root /home/backup - no
