My GCP VM crashed, Backedup my old instance to a new instance

I recently had an issue with my GCP Vm instance where i installed the Vesta Cpanel under the Ubuntu 18.04 OS, I Couldn't SSH into it, had to mount my disk on a new instance using Debian OS, to access my files, now, my vesta Cp doesn't load anymore, i need help with the right configuration settings on gcp to allow me access my Vesta Cpanel and websites from the old instances that i migrated to the new instance.
