I really like Vesta, easy to use and the simplicity of it.
Since there is no updates or notice from the developer/s of any release of 0.9.8-23 or other security updates have had to stop using for now and go back to Plesk as never had any issue with it apart from being bloated with unused options.

Waiting on news of the future of Vesta so testing cyberpanel with openlightspeed as a backup option.

Well this sucks.. I just installed it for the first time and now I read it was hacked a while back and that the dev team is less active.. Ugh have been testing with multiple panels and vestacp was great now it seems I need to change to another panel

Vesta is not dead, as imperio wrote here: viewtopic.php?p=73703#p73703

Also we would vesta not let die, it is the "one and only" control panel - I also checked a lot of alternatives to vesta, but there is no working solution for my requirements. Vesta is very simple but also very strong due to the default caching and so on. I would suggest to stay at vesta, I'm sure we will get soon news
