Centos 7 - downgrade PHP 7.4.0RC2 to php 7.3 Topic is solved

I am having same issue. I tried all the steps but could not get it downgraded.

I did a downgrade on two servers. On one phpmyadmin works fine, on the other I get the error 403 forbidden. I can't understand the difference. Both servers are centos

After steps above on php-fpm server, doesn't working phpmyadmin and roundcube
