move pointer to new hosting and www is not working

I move pointer from old hosting to new place, now may be pointer already to new host. We can visit with domain.com, however for WWW is not working.
May be have some problem for DNS update right? or conflict something in setting.

Where you have registered domain check your www record.

I register at name.com and use digital ocean nameserver service not manual. I ever use this name.com for shared host and this time change only nameserver.
ns1.digitalocean.com
ns2.digitalocean.com
ns3.digitalocean.com
Ok, Thank you, It's work after add CNAME in Digital Ocean, Before this I think Digital Ocean has NameServer service may be look like shared host, However, need config little more for CNAME.
