You need to contact your VPS provider they should be able to set this up. Sometimes in there client area your able to set this yourself.

Common your telling me you read that? Under "How to do it"
You can find out which nameserver is the authoritative server by entering the IP address you’re trying to configure into the DIG Web Interface. If the Reverse response is not provided by your nameserver, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider to help you set a PTR record. You should be able to accomplish that be emailing their support team and letting them know you’d like a PTR record set for the IP address X.X.X.X resolving to yourdomain.example.com.
May I ask who your provider is? and why you don't want to ask them?

then it isn't possible I think. Only the owner of the IP can do this.

Its not complex for your vps provider all they do is drop your host name into a box and click submit.

It depends on your provider you can pm me your providers name and I can let you know. Please don't post this info

Another member already tried to help you but you choose to ignore them.
