after login it takes a long time to load roundcube.
login successful takes 30-40 seconds
And once in roundcube it can take 15 seconds before a message will display. Everything in the roundcube interface is very slow to respond.

Any ideas??

Try to check logs. Do you have some errors? Slow network, ...
