WHMCS Issue

I hope this is the right place to post in.
My WHMCS installation automatically creates a VestaCP user/account even when the web hosting package I set "After First Payment".

just set it your whmcs package approval to manual. I am using whmcs too but I am not having any problem with it.
vestaCP works absolutely fine with WHMCS.

I'm not having issues with it either, maybe a misconfiguration on your side?

I have been using WHMCS with vestaCP and it is working just fine.The problem you are facing could be possibly because of some bug or some configuration.
