How to restore a backup?

i've downloaded my backup file "admin.2016-01-31.tar" back in then, now i want to restore it.. but don't where to upload?

In your backup folder
like /backup ?

Yes! that's what i'm asking! where is that folder please? in my ftp? or ... cus can't see it in my ftp

Actually it will be general on "/backup/[file]"
To restore, you need to unzip into the /home/[user]/web/[domain]/publish_html/[DestinationFile]
I think you need to do as a manual
