Fresh vesta install, can't access for some reason
Re: Fresh vesta install, can't access for some reason
Of course - you don't have to test - let's other people that is reading this test.
Not a competition - just to check is it right what I or you are talking about.
So, here is the domain - qstork.com
Before anything - I will repeat again - I'm talking ONLY and ONLY about a case when you TURN ON cloudflare reverse proxy on specific hostname (domain or subdomain).
Now try to reach https://panel.qstork.com:8083/
It won't pass.
Or try any other port, SSH, FTP...

Re: Fresh vesta install, can't access for some reason
That's what I'm talking about all the time.
'Cloudflare firewall' is a reverse proxy too (it will cache static files, works as a proxy), so, when you wrote about 'reverse proxy' I thought you think about that.
That's why I said that TCP connection on port 8083 will reach Cloudflare server, and will be dropped.
And now back to the first post from this thread - Vesta will not be accessible if he turned on that cloudflare 'cloud'.
I'm happy that I unerstood you, and you understood me :)
Sorry if I confused you.
Cheers :)
