FTP gets Blocked by CSF when isp IP changes

Hello

I would like some advice please.

When my IP address changes from my ISP I cannot log into my websites by FTP because CSF blocks the different IP address.

I would like to know please what are the settings in CSF to allow my to access my FTP. Do I need to add a port number to the allow incoming TCP?
