Siite start failure

I rebooted my server to a CD of HDclone so I could clone for disaster preparedness. When I rebooted. I can get to VestaCP and login fine. The site doesn't show up online I get a cannot connect to server. Is there anything I can do within VestaCP to get the site to boot?

Check services first in VestaCP, may be some not started.
