Hello, looking for you help folks. Do you guys recommend with the installation SpamAssassin & ClamAV? If Yes, Why? If No, Why not? :D

It's always a better practice to use a subdomain for the hostname
I server must a a non public name such as server1.domain.tld
than pointing your service like mail.domain.tld and www.domain.tld via CNAME or even A to it.
It will help you when you will make a migration..
