so along with the subject... Im trying to use https://www.spiceworks.com/free-help-desk-software/ help desk software but it requires that I install it on a web server. The people hosting my VestaCP are offline and I (honestly) don't want to spend the extra money to rent a VPS for this. They showed me how to activate Wordpress through vesta but I am wondering: am I able to install SpiceWorks through there the same way? They gave me Bash access.

It looks like the spiceworks help desk product only runs on windows, so you wouldn't be able to use this with Vesta as its linux based.

You could consider checking out some of the options here - https://github.com/Kickball/awesome-sel ... #ticketing, the PHP based ones would work, if they fit your needs.
