How can I change this

After the initial installation, Ip and powered by vesta. how can I change this?
- you can edit user index.html file
or
- you can edit file for all future users -> /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/skel/public_html/ and /usr/local/vesta/data/templates/web/skel/public_shtml/
