LetsEncrypt throwing an error with www.www.domainname.com

Hello.

Is there a way to trace what LetsEncrypt is doing, or what files it is grabbing. One of my domains, neutralbattlegrounds.com has an alias www.neutralbattlegrounds.com. WHen I try and add Letsencrypt to it (it had it before, but when it went to renew it through the error to my email) it gives an error saying it could not get a valid response from www.www.neutralbattlegrounds.com. It adds an extra www. to the alias. Now I thought it might be a script issue, but only this one domain has an issue, all others are fine. This leads me to believe it must be a configuration file somewhere... but where... there is nothing in my user account the specifies this. My only other option right now is to back up the domains contents and read the domain, in hopes this will fix it... DO=oes anyone else have any ideas?

Please note... I have removed the domain from the server, I started to get the limitation error with the domain, and something else went awry when trying to restore my data, so I am leaving it for a day and see if I still get the errors this weekend.
