Re: Strange forum rule anouncement
Most of users, when creating the topic, dont write operating system and web stack where the problem is occurred.
Now this is a mandatory requirement and this should be stated in users profile (User Control Panel -> Profile)

I'm sorry but I don't see any fields for this under my profile page, only email and password.

Re: Strange forum rule anouncement
Yes I have found the "profile" section of my account but all it contains options wise is my email and password. The profile link on the submenu you showed a picture to just shows some account statistics.

Re: Strange forum rule anouncement
Nope sorry, all I have is "edit account settings" and "manage remember me login keys", the other two options do not show for me. could it be because I am a new user and need to make a certain amount of posts before these unlock?

Re: Strange forum rule anouncement
Yes it will help us identify OS you are using though some of you may be using multiple OS/Web stack. So please do mention your OS, Version and Webstack in your opening thread.
For this setting:
Goto your User Control Panel, Second Tab "Profile" then scroll to the end and fill in OS and Web Stack.

Thank you, I thought I was talking to myself! giving me the same instructions twice really won't make it work!
