Vesta Control Panel - Forum

Hello, I purchased a support ticket for an issue on 30th Dec. The issue was that after vesta update my Nginx PHP-fpm stopped working because of Nginx template incompatibility. I ended up reinstalling vesta on a different server. Could support please refund the amount? I haven't received any reply yet.
