Error: nginx restart failed please help

[root@adong ~]# service nginx configtest
nginx: [emerg] open() "/home/tfeng/conf/web/nginx.conf" failed (2: No such file or directory) in /etc/nginx/conf.d/vesta.conf:4
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed
[root@adong ~]# service nginx restart
nginx: [emerg] open() "/home/tfeng/conf/web/nginx.conf" failed (2: No such file or directory) in /etc/nginx/conf.d/vesta.conf:4
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test failed
[root@adong ~]# service vesta restart

Did you change hostname, user or IP?
Go to users > toggle all > rebuild

Faced the same problem.
Changed ip address on a virtual machine running ubuntu.
User rebuild does not help.
