Can I install Vesta on vps with 10GB of space?

dude, minimum requirements = minimum requirements. If it should work with 10 gb, there would stand 10 gb minimum disk. So to your question, is it possible that there are any problems -> yes.

Yes, you can.

I've got my VestaCP installation running in a CentOS 7 10GB disk (Apache + Nginx, Exim, Bind).

Just try it.

dude, I'm just asking for any problems after installation, because I know that linux and vesta will fit on this hard drive without any problem.

Yes, you can.

You have a software, that provides minimum requirements - if you want to be sure, that the software is running as it should run - follow the minimum requirements. In any other cases, problems are possible... Just a point of view, based on a lot of knowledge...
