Need help to change webserver and control panel

Hi,
I have 3 sites which are hosted on shared hosting server.
Now I want to move one site to Virtual server. I am thinking to buy Digitalocean plans.
All of my sites manged by me. i dont have server specialist. So, I am comfortable with Cpanel. But virtual server dont have control panel.
Can I use Vestacp on my server. Can i use multiple domain.
It will be easy for me if i use. Any guide for newbie.
Another question related to Letsencrypt. When I open my site on Google Chrome. I can able to see green sign. I also use Comodo Dragon browser. When I open my site timesdigit on comodo dragon browser, showing site is not secure. What is the problem. i use Cloudflare as well.
