Don't know what you mean exactly, but vestacp uses the php envroiment from your repro/os. So Vesta has PHP7 support, just upgrade/install it on your OS.

it installs what your repo provides. if you have for example ubuntu 16.04, it will install php7. If your os/repo does not provide php7 by default, you can still upgrade it. search inside this board or ask google, there are a lot of how to's.

Although it's mentioned in other topics as well, it's worth noting that it's not always a solution to reinstall/upgrade the OS if one domain/site requires PHP7. Moreover, if one domain/site requires php5.6 and another one requires php7.0, it quickly becomes a mess. I've read the unofficial guides on how to have a multi version PHP environment but I've also read the problems that this would bring, one example of them being Roundcube.

I like VESTA and I've been using it for years, but it's a fact that a Hosting Control Panel needs to have an easy PHP Version Selection mechanism.
