Can't install

Hello i try to install vesta on digital ocean droplets ( ubunto 16.o4 or debian 9.4) on both version i get this errors , the vesta is installed but no ip added to the cp and even if i add the ip manually in cp the sites are not working

To activate the new configuration, you need to run:
service apache2 restart
