Import mail from cPanel backup

Import mail from cPanel backup
I've configured all the e-mail accounts I need into my VestaCP panel (everything working fine) and I also have the backup we made from our previous hosting service that was a cPanel.
Now I need to import in each e-mail account the folders and mails that are currently in the backup from our previous server.
From what I can see inside the backup file... all the mails that were saved from our previous hosting are stored within folders with the name of each account.
How can I restore this mail backup into my VestaCP e-mail accounts?
