I am confused with clamd.

By default I have this installed and in vesta, it says that this is an email anti virus.

Is it only for email?

I tried searching how to manually scan my server and the command is clamscan. When I tried it, it says command not found.

And what is the difference between clamav and clamd?

clamd is the daemon of ClamAV: clamd: an anti-virus daemon
