I have a server https://server1.pakerp.com on vesta cp and it has SSL from Lets Encrypt and it is working fine.

I created an Alias to this my.frontline.pk. It is working fine but it is not working with https://my.frontline.pk

What shall I do?

If you add a alias, you've to recreate the ssl cert. Untick let's encrypt and ssl cert checkbox, save, then reenable it and click again on save.
