Emails going into Outlook/Hotmail Junk/Spam

Good day. I dont know if this is the right thread for this but I really need help. I have successfully installed vesta cp on my VPS but each time I send emails or just test emails from roundcube or using smtper.net, it goes into spam.

All records like SPF, DKIM, DMARC are all pass.

I have searched online over and over again but no one seems to have a solution to this. I do not have such challenges with yahoo or Gmail.

Please any contribution as to how to solve this will be greatly appreciated.

To make sure, that email is working, you've to check some few default settings - most important would be a reverse dns record for your ip address. Normaly you can set this in the backend of your vps hoster.

To understand how smtp is working, and what are also needed requirements you can check the rfc standards: https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5321 and https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2821

But first check if your reverse dns record is correct, also maybe check your ip for blacklist entries or ip reputation at mxtoolbox.com.

my reverse dns is correctly set.. When I test the config and mail using mail-tester.com, I get 10/10 yet emails keep hitting junk..

Even on Gmail too.. I will check those sites u sent me. Any other suggestions will be welcomed. Thanks

How new is the domain?

10/10 on mail-test still does not guarantee it goes to inbox.

Sometimes, if the domain is still new, gmail doesnt accept it.
You can also try reporting the email as not spam with multiple gmail accounts so that gmail will flag it as ok
Or, just wait a few days or weeks

Thanks.. Do u know how I can do this? Any steps to get multiple gmail accounts?
