We are happy to announce that Vesta is back under active development as of 25 February 2024. We are working on v1 candidate and expect to engage more with the community over the coming months. We are committed to open source, and we encourage contributors to help us build the future of Vesta.
Are you still interested in Vesta?
Re: Are you still interested in Vesta?
They don't have to be out of the project. Just expand the team.
Re: Are you still interested in Vesta?
I really like Vesta, easy to use and the simplicity of it.
Since there is no updates or notice from the developer/s of any release of 0.9.8-23 or other security updates have had to stop using for now and go back to Plesk as never had any issue with it apart from being bloated with unused options.
Waiting on news of the future of Vesta so testing cyberpanel with openlightspeed as a backup option.

Well this sucks.. I just installed it for the first time and now I read it was hacked a while back and that the dev team is less active.. Ugh have been testing with multiple panels and vestacp was great now it seems I need to change to another panel

Vesta is not dead, as imperio wrote here: viewtopic.php?p=73703#p73703Space Monkey wrote: ↑Mon Oct 15, 2018 4:17 pmWell this sucks.. Also we would vesta not let die, it is the "one and only" control panel - I also checked a lot of alternatives to vesta, but there is no working solution for my requirements. Vesta is very simple but also very strong due to the default caching and so on. I would suggest to stay at vesta, I'm sure we will get soon news
