Debian Installation Errors

I'm installing VestaCP on a fresh install of Debian 9.5, I've hit these errors in bold during the installation. Can somebody explain the process for fixing these errors? They seem to be apparent in Ubuntu and Debian... I'd like to make sure VestaCP is setup properly and securely before I actually use it for production.
