Weird case with spam in outlook

My header if i send an email from roundcube:
Received: from localhost ([127.0.0.1] helo=domain.com) by mail.domain.com with esmtp (Exim 4.91)
Email goes to Spam
But if the email is sending by root:
Received: from root by mail.domain.com with local (Exim 4.91)
and the email DOESNT go to SPAM
Someone knows how configure it because i know 100% this is the main problem.
