hallo,
I am having problem with exim, it is not starting nor can be restarted from ssh or from the panel. I tried to reinstall it but nothing..can anyone help ?

did you fix it?
post your error logs:
/var/log/exim/main.log
/var/log/exim/reject.log
/var/log/exim/panic.log
If you see it is related to other server parts like dovecot, post it too.
