Say 3 people try to access a site on the Vesta server at the same time. Does the server divide the bandwidth by 3 and send the data to all 3 computers at the same time?
I suppose you are very very new to server management ?
Vesta uses apache or nginx to serve web pages.
I would suggest googling 'how does a webserver handle multiple connections' or something like that.
