Vestacp reports 100Gb disk used.
VestCP reports that the disk space used for a domain is 98GB but when I check on the server (df -h) it shows that only 47GB has been used.
I am at a loss to whats going on.
Also while I am here the control panel under Server reports iptables uptime as 0 mins and it never changes even if I restart it.
iptables
firewall
CPU: 0Memory: 0 mb
Uptime: 0 minutes
Any ideas on these issues?

Install ncdu and try to scan all system... Other thing may be, that your quotas are broken and you need to repair them.
