Cannot download ftp backup (remote) from an offsite server

My FTP backups are working fine - They are being sent to the FTP server automatically, no problem there.
The only problem is I am not able to download from when I click the download button in the backup list in vestacp.
(I can download them from outside vestacp using filezilla)

Yes I understand you.
The backup you can download if is upload not to FTP but second disk for backups or mounted filesystem something like ssh mount remote system or NFS system.

Okay I understand. So the backup will only download if its local or locally mounted.
