How does Vesta paid support work ?

I am going to need to use the Vesta paid support service.
But I don't know how it works.
If I pay for one hour of support, does that mean that I get one hour of email support, phone support, or can I just give my admin details to a Vesta staff member and ask them to do what is needed ?
If I pay for one hour of support which is the minimum, but the job of work only takes 15 minutes, do I keep the other 45 minutes in the minutes bank for later use.
I think that I am only going to need the one hour just to bring my installation up to date.
A months long torture for me while I learn, with a dangerous likelihood of getting it wrong.
But for someone who knows what they are doing, easy stuff.
